Benchracing goes on every where...all you need is a couple of people, a few cold ones and there you have a benchracing session...well now prove you are a member of the club, so check it out and join..Where the bull never stops.... Who Bench races, Anyone who builds, drives, works on, plays with, owns, and loves anything mechanical. It can be anything, just just add a few individuals together with the same interest and there you have it , you will be soon bench racing. Some of the most common bench racers are... The Hot Rodder...not to be confused with a Street Rodder The Street Rodder The Drag Racer..very serious bench racing The Dirt Track Racer The Circle Track Racer The Restorer The Model Nut...Can be a Toy nut too.. The Motorcyclist The Web Surfer...Sure we all brag about the size of our drive and how speedy our computer is.. Just to name a few... But beware some bench racing sessions the bull can be pretty heavy and the friendly insults can be many. So prepared....but all this is the making of a good session, full of laughs, fun, interesting stories and most important, bragging rights.... Where Bench racing can happen anywhere and anytime, The Location doesn’t have much importance for a good session. The most common is someone's garage or shop, Where Car and the parts are scatter about, One can see this is the best environment, Because you are in the place where it all begins. (The building of the car). Sure other places work well to... At the local cruz in Sitting around at a rod run A swap meet...a great starting place.. find that project The local hamburger stand The race track Club meetings are a great place to bench race, Well the meeting part I could do without, But after the meeting the bull session can be a good one, Stories about finds, Cars being built and just plain old good time... One of my favorite bench racing locations is at a big run- Like the Nats - and you are done for the day. now you are sunburned and enjoying the evening air. Just sitting around the hotel parking lot full of hot rods, discussing the wild rides and new stuff you seen though the day. As a parade of street rods cruz thru the lot...Too Cool....now that is benchracing. Hope to add more to this soon, and in the meantime ...
